| This is how we do it! |
- We strip all the wax off the floor. Twice if needed to get the floor
clean. (we scrape edges and corners). - First we seal the Tile with 2 coats of Thermoplastic wax sealer.
This is a mix of wax and plastic made by Spartan. It is 24% solid.
That makes your floor 48% solid. Let me remind you this is for
free! - Then put down 2 coats of Spartan wax. This wax is made by
Johnson Co. It is a 25% solid wax which means the floor is now
98% solid. After the floor is done, so are most all other
companies. This is were we move on to the suite service for you!
A Hard Coat! - We buff the floor out with a propane buffer. This melts the wax
together and creates the shine. We add 1 more coat of wax
which makes the floor 123% solid. Let me remind you this is
also for free!

installation. People always makes the big mistake of using to
much soap when mopping. The soap soaks into the grout
because it is porous. Soap is made to attract dirt. This is what
turns the grout dark if it not seal correctly. The good news is we
can clean and seal it for you.

Wood Floors

Working with wood floors is definitely special. Installing
wood floors does take longer and is more expensive. That
is a small sacrifice for a floor that will last the life of your
home. Most homes that were built in the 60's and 70's had
hard wood floors. Not just anyone has the ability to
resurface a wood floor. Laying carpet was the cheap
alternative. Well wood floors are back! So peal up that stinky
carpet and lets resurface it. We start off by sanding with
20grit then 60, 120, 150.Then we can stain it in any shade.
